Wild Game Tamale Casserole

Here is a simple and extremely delicious dinner that can be created with any ground meat you have from turkey to elk, venison to rabbit and so on. I used some fresh ground spring turkey for this delicious dish. Remember food is meant to been eaten  and to be shared!

Enjoy!

Directions:

1. Pre heat oven to 400 (or boxed directions for corn bread)

3. Add corn and beans and simmer additional 7-8 minutes
4. While meat mixture is cooking make your corn bread
5. Take your baking dish and coat with oil of baking spray
6. Add meat mixture to baking dish and top with corn bread mix, sprinkle with cheese and bake until corn bread is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbling.

I topped with fresh salsa verde for that extra added kick!
