My wife has been trying to gee me to eat Pitas for years… Tonight i have to say, I ate and enjoyed. With fresh veggies in the garden and a couple pounds of ground turkey left from spring season, I decided it was time to listen to my wife and make a meal fit for my wife. I have to say this was simple and incredible and so refreshing on a hot summer day. My daughters called it Pita Tacos.. Enjoy
