Trio Of Wild Boar Bone-In Pork Chops: Grilled Brown Sugar & Maple glazed

The 2nd chop in this weeks trio of pork chops is the Grilled Brown Sugar & Maple Glazed.
This chop is perfect for those summer nights around the BBQ grilling up you favorite wild harvest!

Brown Sugar & Maple Glazed

Ingredients:

4 Bone-in Pork Chops
1 Cup maple syrup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
4 cloves crushed garlic
1 teaspoon cracked pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed salt
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Directions:

In a bowl, stir syrup, vinegar, brown sugar, Garlic, salt and pepper until blended. Pour 1/2 marinade into a large resealable bag. Add chops; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate up to 1 hour. Save other 1/2 of marinade for basting.

Remove pork chops, discarding marinade in bag. Grease up your grill racks and preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill pork chops on each side for 4-5 minutes. Lower heat to low on one side of grill, place chops away from direct heat cover heat 10 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°, basting with second half of marinade during the last 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
